Perfume Pod stands behind the quality of our product and hope you to have nice experience with our product. If the item is defective in craftsmanship, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days from the day you received the order. Please note that defective in craftsmanship does not apply to misuse, accidental damage, or changing your mind etc.
In your email, please describe the defect and make sure to provide your order number - you can find your order number by logging in to your Perfume Pod account or checking your confirmation email. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received in original packaging.
All charges incurred from return shipment (i.e. shipping cost, duties, and taxes) will be borne by you. We do not accept or assume any responsibility for loss of returned goods whilst in transit from you. Please use a reputable carrier with a tracking number.
*Do not return any product without specific authorization and instructions from us.
In running and maintaining our website, we may collect and process the following data about you:
